
Member Profile
As an SPRN member you must meet the following standards:
- Members of SPRN will be credentialed according to National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards.
- Licensed as physical, occupational or speech therapists.
- Principal Owner of a physical, occupational or speech therapy facility free from referral for profit arrangements. The practice, whenever possible, must not be managed by any health plan, insurer, or managed care organization and the owner must not function as a referral source.
- Serve geographic or specialty service access needs of the network per payor needs.
- As a member of your respective national and state professional association.
- Maintain professional and business liability coverage and have not shown a pattern of questionable professional malpractice or ethics pertaining to professional practice of physical, occupational or speech therapy.
- Have two or more years of clinical experience in your respective discipline.
- Your Clinic must maintain a ratio of professional (PT/OT/SLP) staff to non-licensed clinical staff applicable to the states statutes
