Member Focused System
The SPRN innovative membership system is designed to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services within the managed care environment. All member must be credentialed and participate in Managed Care Programs deemed appropriate by the SPRN Board of Directors.
Managing Members serve on the Board of Directors and on committees established from time to time by the Board. Member clinics can participate on Board Membership and in contracts which SPRN obtains and are required to participate in any risk sharing agreement entered into by SPRN. Members have access to all Managed Care Program information acknowledging the proprietary and confidential nature of the information.
Member Providers are bound to SPRN by an Provider Participation Agreement for a limited term. Member Providers must also be credentialed and participate in Managed Care Programs deemed appropriate by the SPRN board. SPRN's marketing and operations are, for the most part, supported by contributions through monthly member dues.
Contract Providers are bound to the network by a contract Provider Agreement. SPRN's third classification of membership was established in order to include, when necessary, providers who deliver certain specialty care or care requested by payers through a master contract with SPRN. Participation in SPRN is paid for by a fee per contract basis.
